It’s time that you stop blaming the economy for your ills. If your competitors are gaining business, and your not. It’s your fault not the economy. Saying anything else is admitting that your competitors are smarter than you are. Which isn’t true is it? So for 2012 stop blaming the economy, and show that your smarter than your competitors.

    So true. It’s easier to blame forces that are somewhere “out there” rather than own up to our shortcomings. I appreciate the reminder to do the things I should be doing to compete in my market.
